Integrative Career Counseling (ICC)

In my private practice, I use the Integrative Career Counseling (ICC) model. ICC meets clients where they are in their lives, and I believe it has been the key to the success of my private practice.

I developed the Integrative Career Counseling (ICC) model out of necessity—-to address the complex mix of problems my clients were experiencing. The ICC framework helps counselors determine when and how to integrate mental health approaches into the career counseling process, while ensuring that the focus of the work remains on the client's career goals.

This model has been taught at college career and workforce development centers, and has been well received by counselors working in a variety of settings and with a wide range of client populations.
